Director and Owner
My career began at the BBC working on the Radio Times Magazine but the lure of international travel led me to join the publicity department of the development finance bank, CDC. After a spell of globe-trotting event managing exhibitions, I moved into the heady world of agency PR and stayed. I thrive on seeing a project through from start to finish. From the first conversation and a blank piece of paper to developing a cost-effective campaign and bringing in the results. Becoming part of a client’s team is important for me – good, honest working relationships lead to success.
Likes: Swimming in the UK both inside and out, world cinema, travel & people with a sense of humour.
Dislikes: Arrogance, drizzle & rats.
After a stint in a top 100 PR agency I crossed into new media development for the UK government’s Business Link support agency in the early 2000s. After the birth of my second child in 2003 I decided to go independent and have been ever since. I offer you my broad range of experience in marketing communications, research, social media and PR. Most of all, I love coming up with insightful solutions which meet your audience’s unmet needs. I believe that effort spent in research pays off when informed ideas drive the creation of purposeful material for all platforms.
Likes: Walking in the Chilterns, swimming in rivers and oceans, dancing to world music, positivity, learning and making soup.
Dislikes: Throwaway fashion and wilful ignorance
